This time last year I was pushing my way over the top of 100 kg... for those of you who don't know the conversion to that please don't look it up.......for those that do.......zip your mouths...my weight is not the issue here! There actually is no issue here....other than the fact that my babies are turning O!N!E!!!!!!!!!!!! 9! days! from! now! This has been, by far, the most amazing year of my life. It is so cliche to say that the time flies.......but man it sure does! It is baffling...it seems like yesterday that I was talking on the phone with my doctor trying to decide when to schedule the delivery and now here we are with a really fast walker/runner and a clingy crawler/puller upper. Good times people! Good times!!! I just can't put into words the love and emotion that I have for these girls........you mommies out there know that feeling...again cliche!!! They are fun fun fun........it's awesome to watch a little tiny human.......as a blank slate learning how to lift their little heads. Then rolling over. Then pushing up on their arms. Then sitting up. Then pulling up. Then crawling. Then walking. Then.........well you get the drift..........and it's fast man. I'm talking from one day to the next they have acquired a new skill!...kinda like me with my awesome punctuation..............!!
So here are some "first photo" shots.....first Edie Claire
and Ella Grace........funny thing is she still makes that little face....

What sweet pictures to go along with a sweet post! They are adorable - then and now!!!
9 days! How fun! You're right...I know what you mean about how fun it is...congrats!
Time sure does fly! I know exactly what you mean. Enjoy these last few days with your non-1 year olds...because soon you'll be calling them toddlers!
Have a great trip!!
It is fun to look back and feel so blessed by our memories. My daughter is now eleven. I can't believe she'll be twelve this summer!
Happy almost Birthday Edie and Ella!
Have a great birthday trip, and enjoy all those relatives having fun with your kids.... (hint hint - they can even give you a little break!). See you when you have one-year-olds! - Kathy L.
Such sweet photos! I love the fact that they still make the same expressions as when they were first born sometimes. How cool is that. Honestly...they're almost one? It has gone by so fast!
